Distance from Edens Horizon: 3 miles

This amazing place is on a UNESCO World Heritage Site, with the largest private collection of shipwreck artefacts in Europe. Charlestown is famous for many reasons and TV and film lovers will recognise it as the set for Poldark, Dr Who, Taboo, Mansfield Park, Alice in Wonderland, Treasure Island and The Three Musketeers. In the museum there is a “treasure trove of unusual and interesting items, unlike any other open to the public” with over 8000 finds from over 150 shipwrecks.

What we say: After it’s recent makeover, it’s a great place to visit and on a direct bus route from Edens Horizon (from the end of our road!)
What our guests say: We all dressed as pirates and had a great time!
